Casting alloy production
Primary ingot is remelted and alloyed with silicon, copper or magnesium to make casting alloys for foundries and die-casters.
Aluminum ingot supplier in Turkey for foundries, cast houses and alloy producers. Primary A7 aluminum ingot at 99.7% minimum purity, the class of the LME-deliverable P1020A and Al99.70 designations, with casting alloy ingot quoted on request. Exported from Turkey in bulk under FOB, CIF, CFR and DAP terms.

Aluminum ingot is aluminum cast into a shape made to be remelted: small stackable ingots, T-bars or sows. Primary ingot comes from smelter metal and is sold by purity, with 99.7% (A7, P1020A, Al99.70) as the commercial benchmark. Foundry ingot is alloyed with silicon, copper or magnesium to a casting specification. Atso Tek is an Istanbul-based trade company and primary aluminum ingot supplier for buyers in Turkey and for export.
Unalloyed primary ingot is specified by its aluminum minimum. Casting ingot is specified by an alloy designation. Availability of each grade is confirmed on the offer.
The benchmark primary grade. A7 is the GOST 11069 name; the same 99.70% class is registered internationally as P1020A and in GB/T 1196 as Al99.70, the two designations deliverable on the LME, where silicon is capped at 0.10% and iron at 0.20%.
A higher-purity primary grade with lower iron and silicon than A7, specified where the downstream alloy or conductor needs a cleaner base metal. Exact limits follow the producer's certificate and are confirmed on the offer.
Alloyed ingot for foundries and die-casters, to EN 1676 or an equivalent specification. Common families are AlSi9Cu3 (EN AB-46000) for high-pressure die casting, AlSi12 (EN AB-44100) for thin-wall parts and AlSi7Mg0.3 (EN AB-42100) for heat-treated structural castings. Quoted on request against your alloy code.
Limits for the two 99.7% designations deliverable on the LME, in mass percent. Aluminum is a minimum; every other element is a maximum.

Note: Source: LME special contract rules for primary aluminum, citing GB/T 1196-2017 (Al99.70) and the P1020A registration. A7 under GOST 11069 belongs to the same 99.70% class; its exact limits are read from the producer's certificate. These are standard limits, not a lot analysis; the certificate of analysis for your lot is issued with the shipment.
Aluminum ingot is a remelt product. Primary ingot is the clean base metal; casting alloy ingot goes to the foundry ready to pour.
Primary ingot is remelted and alloyed with silicon, copper or magnesium to make casting alloys for foundries and die-casters.
Cast houses remelt primary ingot into billet for profiles and slab for sheet.
Casting alloy ingot goes to the melting and holding furnace for automotive, machinery and housing parts.
Primary aluminum with controlled iron and silicon feeds rod mills for cable and overhead conductor.
Every aluminum ingot shipment ships with the paperwork you need to clear customs and pass incoming inspection.
