You may use the Site for lawful purposes. To learn about our products, to download our catalogue, to submit a quote request or to contact us. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, your company, or your purpose for contacting us.
• Submit malware, scripts, automated scrapers or any code intended to disrupt the Site.
• Use the Site to harvest personal data, attempt to access restricted areas, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Resell, repackage or systematically copy content published on the Site without our written permission.

Specifications, certificates of analysis, and product images on the Site are intended to give a representative picture of typical Atso Tek output. The exact specifications of any shipment are governed by the Certificate of Analysis issued for that lot under ISO 3549 and ISO 787/10.

Any commercial offer is binding only when issued in writing on a pro forma invoice or sales contract by Atso Tek. Information on the Site is for orientation; it does not constitute a binding offer.

When you submit a quote through the Site, by email, by phone, or via WhatsApp, you authorize us to contact you to discuss your requirement. We typically reply on the next business day.

A quote we send is valid for the period stated on the pro forma invoice. After that period, prices, lead times and Incoterms may need to be re-confirmed.

All content on the Site. Including text, images, logos, graphics, the Atso Tek brand and the catalogue PDFs. Is the property of Atso Tek or licensed to it. You may download our catalogue for legitimate procurement evaluation. Any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites. For example, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Telegram. We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of any third-party site, and providing a link is not an endorsement.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any content on it will be accurate, complete or current.

Product warranties are governed by the sales contract or pro forma invoice that covers a specific shipment, not by the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, Atso Tek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atso Tek and its directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss or damage arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
